You're always told to show someone if you're in pain, or if you're suffering of some sorts, whether its self esteem issues, bullying, or exam stress but what I've always wondered is how do you show that?
Found out the word 'how' was in 'show' while I was revising for maths a couple of weeks ago, I have a habit of rewriting my words when I can't be assed to work (therefore wasting time LOL xD) and then I realised how is in show!! (Yes...i know its obvious but I was really excited, k?!?) so yeah...it's probably been done before but I discovered this by myself so don't rain on my parade
To me, emotions are obsolete, painful uncontrolled emotional situations leave you vulnerable. So many humans modern day are so emotional, it's almost as if emotions are some sort of popularity among what people are interested in. I don't show people if I am in pain, I used to be a very emotional person. These days I think people just imagine being "emo" is cool, and intending to always have a gloomy persona is more interesting? What does my opinion matter, so many people would disagree.
